Nguyễn Khoa Tóc Tiên (born 13 May 1989), who uses the stage name Tóc Tiên, is a Vietnamese pop singer who currently lives in the United States. She is both an international student and a regular performer on Paris By Night, a Vietnamese-language variety show. She has released four solo albums, two of them before she was 19. Her two best-known songs are "Gió" (wind) and "Đã yêu" (love).
