Mapping of the families in the project by music notes
in this case you can see the Baram family tree mapping.
Every family member is mapped by a note which is desided by the following:

note type = place of birth
note length = date of birth (by generation)
silence = place of birth is unknown
Each waveform is made out of two audio tracks
black - song that the individual has chosen.
white - personal story and why he chose the specific song.

Each waveform in the circle is a different family member,
either chosen and spoken by the family member himself or by someone else in his name.

The audio is represented by a dynamic waveform
There is a different visualisation for the story and for the song, a line
representing the story and a circled waveform representing the song.

The user has control over how much he can hear from each audio (story or song).

navigating through the families
The user can sence the differences and diversity of the 42 families through the notes themselves.
From diverse families of more than fifty members to families of only three known members (holocaust survivors).
