    This was inspired by Ron Cobb's work on the original Alien which, in turn, inspired countless other geeky graphic designers and film nerds. I decided to create a signage system for the International Space Station, so astronauts could better navigate and orient themselves. Read Less

This was a lot of fun to research! Most of the major sections are covered, with Japanese segments in red, Russian segments in blue, external segments in dark gray, etc. In addition to Ron Cobb (Alien), I must also thank Gavin Rothery (Moon) and Mike Okuda, Doug Drexler, and Lee Cole (various Star Treks) for the inspiration.
