Lightweight design was required, so used wooden aircraft design methodology. Low weight to strength ratio.
Structure was designed for 3/4" plywood, then water jetted. Dibond was then slotted to provide bend relief for corners. Commercial adhesive and staples used to attach Dibond to ribbing.

By creating jig/fixture table, I could manufacture each leg or long section exactly the same. Then when client then requested additional units, and I was able to fabricate them quickly.
