New polygon project I started on about a week ago. Anyone know Raymond Reddington from The Blacklist? Such an awesome character. 

I first started in photoshop using 1px brushtool to make a lot of triangles to get all the different colors on the right place. 

As you can see, a LOT of triangles.

And not just his face... 

After I was done in Photoshop I saved the file as an png and opened it in illustrator. Time to make a hell of a lot of triangles within the triangles. This took so many hours I don't even know where to start. 

Left side done with triangles, coloring and the right alligment so that I didn't get any holes in between.

This is how it looks with no background images. Here I've filled every triangle with the right color. The only thing left here is to allign the achorpoints with each other. Yay! More work..

The finished product! Hope it all looks well and cool. Think I may take a break from my polygon-projects for a while. This took toooo long.
