I'm trying to create an incentive at work to encourage my team mates to tell customers about our online survey.  In order to get customers excited about participating in our survey, we have to give them exceptional customer service and make them feel loved!

 

Every time someone recieves a positive comment about their service, they recieve a star. 3 stars gets them to level 2, in which I'll create a new design of each member of staff. 

 

Each design will get better and I will challenge myself with each level. 

 

Whoever reaches the final level (undecided what number that will be) they will recieve a prize (again, I'm not sure what this will be yet, but hopefully it will get everyone excited!).

There are a few of my work mates that I found more difficult to draw than others. The girl on the end in particular was tough... and I still can't seem to replicate her likeness in my style!  This is something I will work on with level 2.
