Everybody loves memes. They're fun, hilarious and even fit like a glove for our mundane activities.
As someone who lives and breathes memes on a regular basis, I couldn't ignore the ongoing growth of their use on social networks, when one meme could replace a long and tiring rant, rows and rows of text. Why spend your time complaining or describing something when you can simply use one meme that says it all? I mean - the most well known phrase IS "one picture is worth a thousand words", right?
So going by that theory - there would always be a meme for *every* situation. In this project, I tried to make a call for action by encouraging people who are familiar with memes to make a better use of them, and to use them more, in a general fashion. The overall concept was to try and create a sub-platform, an Add-On app that functions as an additional unit to Facebook, the most common social network, and through it the user could add his own favorite meme in a comment or a post, so that instead of investing oneself in an elaborated, over-articulated-time-consuming text block - they would simply have to post their desired meme.
