Projektuojamas sklypas yra vienoje svarbiausių Kauno vietoje. Kurioje šiuo metu vis dar stovi niekad nebaigtas respublikos viešbutis. Sklypas yra naujamiesčio dalyje kuri yra apsupta įvairaus planavimo skaidymo rajonais, nuo gan reto užstatymo, iki labai tankaus ties nacionaliniu Kauno dramos teatru, taip pat sklypas yra svarbioje jungtyje su Akropoliu bei Žalgirio arena. Sklypas yra labai judrioje miesto dalyje, kur mašinos atlieka svarbiausią vaidmenį, o žmogus norėdamas patekti i Akropolį turi praeiti pro išmetamųjų dujų smogą. Tačiau ši vieta turi daug potencialo, bei gali tapti nauju miesto simboliu.

The site is in one of the most important areas in Kaunas city. which is abandoned for many years. The site is in newer city part and it is surrounded by various planning neighbourghoods, from buildings which are build very rare to buildings who are build very dense. As well the plot is an important connection to Akropolis the bisgest shopping mall in Kaunas and "Žalgiris" arena bigest arena in whole baltic region. The plot is in a very busy part of town where the cars plays a key role, and the person in order to get to the Akropolis must pass through the exhaust smog. However, this place has a lot of potential and could become a new symbol of the city.

Atsižvelgiant į anksčiau minėtas problemas projektuojamas 5 aukštų tūris izoliuojantis karaliaus Mindaugo gatvę ir perkeliantis žmonių judėjimo srautus į vidinę pastato dalį taip sukurdamas ir pratęsdamas esantį laisvės alėjos bei S. Daukanto gatvės komercinį fasadą iki pat Akropolio. Tūrių kompozicijoje naudojamos dvi geometrijos racionali, iš išorės prisitaikanti prie karaliaus Mindaugo prospekto, bei gretimais esančių pastatų ir dinamiška lenktų formų vidinėje pastato dalyje kuri nėra įtakojama aplinkos (miesto fasado)

The strategy to solve theese problems is to build five-storey building which would isolate Karaliaus Mindaugo street and would shift people's movement flow into the inner part of the buildings creating them possibilitie to move freely to Akropolis and also expand the comercial facade of freedom avenue and S. Daukanto street till the Akropolis. In buildings composition I used two geometries rational to reflect Karialiaus Mindaugas street and other buildings around the site. And dynamic,curved geometry for the the inner part of the buildings which is not influenced by the environment (urban facade)

Kiekvienas naujas rajono tūris projektuojamas taip kad turėtų ryšį su aplinka, bei skatintų žmonių tarpusavio bendravimą, tūriai tarpusavyje yra sujungti organiškais tilteliais kurie yra projektuojami kaip rekreacinės pastato zonos. Kiekviename pastate projektuojami atriumai kaip reprezentacinės pastato erdvės, ofisų projektavimui pasirinktas atviras projektavimo būdas su kuo mažiau uždarų patalpų taip, kad būtų skatinamas darbuotojų tarpusavio bendravimas, nes tai skatina greitesnį darbuotojo tobulėjimą

Each part of the district is design in a way to have relationship with the surroundings, and to promote people to people interaction, the volumes are connected with each other with organic form bridges and the bridges is used as a recreational area for the building. Each building has an atrium as a representation space of the office. for the office planning I choose open office design to minimize closed spaces ant to promote communication between staff, because it encourages more rapid development of office staff.
