In geometry, a Platonic solid is a convex ployhedron that is regular, in the sense of a regular polygon.
Specifically, the faces of a Platonic solid are congruent regular polygons, with the same number of faces meeting at each vertex; thus, all its edges are congruent, as are its vertices and angles.
 
There are five Platonic solids:
Tetrahedron, Hexahedron, Octahedron, Dodecahedron and Icosahedron.
 
I remodeled a handmade object shown at the "cabinet of wonder" of the Dommuseum in Salzburg.
At the last picture all the Platonic solids are interlocked to each other.
