In this project, we began practicing the use of alpha channels. We had to use an alpha channel to make selections on a photographed item of our choice and manipulate their colors. 

 

The object I used in this picture was a TIbetan singing bowl. After photographing it, I made four alpha channels and then used them to make selections of the bowl. With the selections, I changed the colors to more vibrant hues.
