With no previous marketing collateral as a guidepost for this purpose at Whole Foods Market, Broadway, Boulder store, and an abudance of mediocre designs used at other competitor stores in the locality, I initiated a new brief to deliver a high quality execution.
Knowing the target audience in Boulder to be either educated professionals with young families, or young Undergraduates studying at nearby CU Boulder, the deliverable had to “shout-out”, be stylized, be portable, be memorable, all in a contemporary style.
Initiated and art directed each month’s new vector based illustrative format, for the Broadway, Boulder store's monthly calendar of activities, while keeping true to Whole Foods Market brand guidelines, such as typefaces and a variable color palette.
Collaborated with a Store Marketing Specialist for copywriting content. Produced the complete lifecycle and final print output via the in-house laser printer.
