I randomly picked restaurant menu from a pile, I began with researching the restaurant. Its history, where it is currently, and what kind of food they have. I also looked on their website for information. I found out the restaurant was established in the year 1740. It was originally an inn for weary travelers. The Bull Run Restaurant has a very rich history; as a result I wanted to reflect that in my redesign of the logo and the menu. Furthermore, I wanted to use rustic materials in my paper and packaging.
