The interpretation of the urban fabric gave shape to the cultural center of the complex.
Concrete walls are slicing the space into narrow pieces.
The tower of the readers rises among those walls stirring the surface of the earth creating an open public space.

Plan (-3m) and West Elevation
There is no access to the tower from the level of the street.
You may found the entrance 4 meters below earth surface after walking down between the concrete walls and passing from the hidden garden.
Detailed Plan
The new landmark hosts the reading and the book storage areas of the new Library.
The programm, the furniture and the reading proccess fades the higher you get into the tower.
The last floor is empty. Empty of material.
