Existing hosts would receive a piece of physical direct mail, asking them to unlock their city for travellers.
This content would then be fed in to an app and installation to help travellers feel like locals in a
foreign city, by using existing hosts insight of local business to help them explore.
When not in use, the installation would be used as an adveritsing platform.
This helps encourage people to become new hosts and unlock their city for others.
