In this stage of the project, brainstormed the word "Service" to identify what all Service is. Interviewed international students and worked together with the international students forming user journey maps to understand what all does an international student has to do come to the university and their experiences through this.

In the Zoom in Stage, the focus was on to synthesize information from the user journey maps to identify the positives that could be amped up and the negatives that need to be addressed. Personas were developed from the user interviews conducted.

In this stage, started with the blue sky thinking solutions to address some of the negatives that could be handled which trickled down to focussing on specific areas. A solution concept was prototyped in the form of a story board.

In this stage, the ideas developed were "Zoomed in" and the the final solution was presented.
