I Am Woman is about the transformation of a youthful child to an evolved woman. The purpose of this series is to show that all stages of life are important in becoming who we are. It may not seem important to have the phase of childhood where we would wear mismatched socks with an outfit that consists of every single color in the rainbow, but when we look back on life, every stage is important in building our character, our individuality, our passions, and our beliefs. This series aims to portray the transformation of a girl to a woman by using an unknown woman hiding her face to focus on the growth and development into womanhood. She represents every woman.
