    Rebranding an employee newsletter.

Internal communications from Human Resources. A brand is built on perceptions, and the collective thoughts and opinions of Hunter employees are what assisted the identity system for internal communications. Expanding upon the brand identity, I created a look for Hunter’s HR department. It’s all about approachability—large chunky fonts, brightly branded colors, and a custom illustration style add warmth and personality. The look is carried through all HR communications, including the annual benefits packet.

The results are in. Employees enjoy reading the Hub, Hunter’s quarterly employee newsletter. They’re also reading the benefits packet from cover to cover, and benefits sign-ups and program participation have increased.
