At the end of each year the University of Johannesburg's Faculty of Art, Design and Architecture produces an exhibition to showcase their best work for that year. The exhibition is produced by students and staff for other students, their families, staff and members of the public, as well as members of the broader design and art industry. The exhibition will be held on the 25th of November 2014 and will be a joint exhibition held across all departments.
A promotional campaign concept is to be created, in line with the creative nature of FADA while taking into account the main target market. The student used the visual effect of both collage and illustration to create a design which communicated the essence and the feel of FADA. The phrase, MORE THAN LESS implies or suggests that the faculty offers an experience and creativity that is beyond expectations. It suggests that one would gain more from FADA than they would less. Behind each element and visual image is a representation that compliments the faculty.
