I was recently given the fantastic opportunity to give The Lodge on Loch Goil's website a long-needed revamp. Following on from a rebranding exercise, the website was changing from being predominantly text to becoming largely image-led. This was undoubtedly the best approach, as the Lodge is particularly photogenic!

 

Using a grid-based layout, the site aims to tell the story of the Lodge through imagery, with text only where absolutely required. When you've got such iconic views as Loch Goil, the summerhouse, and of course the famous Treehouse, you really don't want pictures getting in the way.

Built responsively, the grid layout of the site retains it's sharpness across all devices.
