Websites, web application development and mobile device projects; all created with client solutions in mind.
CITI MOBILE WALLET
WELLPOINT | CONCEPT & DESIGN: Andrew Mork
This is an experience design for a mobile wallet project with Citi. The bold, uncluttered visual design and limited number of device screens, allowed me to thread a year of Sally’s life through her interaction with the mobile health wallet application. By making the product invisible, the user (Sally) remained at the heart of the experience.
GOOGLE HEALTHCARE DASHBOARD
WELLPOINT | CONCEPT & DESIGN: Andrew Mork
The interface was designed to provide an at-a-glance snapshot of important health and benefit related information for the users.
MOBILE APPLICATION WELCOME PAGES
WELLPOINT | CONCEPT & DESIGN: Andrew Mork

The welcome pages were designed to introduce users to new functionality with simple, clear, imagery and language. By using a silhouette, the focus is on the activity, not the device itself. The welcome pages are in production.
HEALTH RECORD | WEBMD

The Health Record was designed to allow easy input and editing of data. The interface sits on a grid structure for clarity and features open/close accordions, in-line editing, multi-select menus and big buttons.

MOBILE APPLICATION TILES & LOG IN PAGES
WELLPOINT | CONCEPT & DESIGN: Andrew Mork

The Tiles page was designed with simple iconography to direct members to the highest value sub-applications within the broader mobile application. The Log In page was designed to drive members to the primary action - Log In - while supporting the secondary applications and shopping experience.
WEBMD | WHS DIVISION WEBSITE

Simplicity and color were the driving principals behind these designs for the WHS division website. The individual was the main focus, and all the imagery and content were crafted to support the "personal guidance, positive change" mantra.

RMS | CONCEPT AND DESIGN: Andrew Mork
The RMS Platform provided reporting and data access for 10 different user types, across 3 distinct data modeling silos. This interface allowed for user self-selection and illustrated the interconnectedness of the respective user types.
