This is my submission for the Fall 2014 edition of Xerox Candy Bar, a bi-annual comics anthology by students at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. After much obsession over the life of Joan of Arc, I decided to illustrate a version of her that took on the over-the-top, powerful, romantic vision I had of her.
