I'm a frugal girl and I definitely have a problem with throwing away things which are still working... I used to re-sew my cloths, re-paint my shoes, re-decorate my boring furniture...
I'm sure there are millions of us – home-made inventors :o). Please call us 'recycling art' lovers rather than jumble collectors.
So... hacking some of Ikea products or other cheap object seems like a good solution. Especially when you want just check your new idea or implement a pattern. Due to the lack of a free storage space, temporary I had to operate only virtually, but I plan to implement some of the ideas... soon.
I'd appreciate any comments you might have...
