FINAL DELIVERABLES
The team presented their findings to classmates. Learnings included what student participants felt was the ideal campus bookstore experience.
SURVEY ANALYSIS
Analysis consisted of looking at frequency data from survey results. This step informed what inspirational stimulus went into the toolkit for the workshop.
WORKSHOP ANALYSIS
Analysis of the workshop data consisted of looking at the group discussion and frequency results from the "Is / Is Not" Ideal campus bookstore activity. Images were labeled by number so as not to influence participants by giving our own labels to images and also to help the team keep track of and refer to the images.
