Boast, a new social network based entirely on audio, approached us to design their brand as well as the look, feel and architecture of their app.
As there was literally nothing like it on the market, it was a privilege for us to design this awesome app, not to mention a real challenge. The bulk of the work was focused around UI design. We had to create architecture that was intuitive to users, despite their never having used an app like this before.
We designed the brand using two main colours. Blue, which is often associated with social networking apps and allows Boast to be immediately identified as such, and yellow, which allows the Boast app to stand out amongst its competitors as unique. This unique branding helped us to present Boast as a new way of thinking when it comes to social networking.
