The purpose of this project was to create an abstract design. I began by creating an abstract piece of art by hand, then I pulled that art into Adobe Photoshop and manipulated it. Once I had my final illustration I put it in my magazine spread, next to a clean swiss type design for my paragraph format. I chose to do both Pablo picasso and Franz Kline because they were both influential abstract artists.
