These three ads are the first part of my senior capstone project. The purpose of the capstone project can be found in following statement of the goals or mission of the Ad Council. “The objectives of these ads are education and awareness of significant social issues in a effort to change the public’s attitudes and behaviors and stimulate positive social change." The first half of the capstone experience was to design a public service or social advertising (advertising that serves the public interest) campaign for a non-profit organization associated with a particular cause or social issue affecting the world today.
The final half of my capstone was to design a web site that acts as a companion piece for my advertising campaigns. This site includes links and materials that support my particular campaign. The look of the web site remains consistent with the graphic style and design developed and refined in the my ad campaigns.
