To design a digital solution for the pet owner and the doctor as there's a lot of wait time of clients or people don't show up at the appointed times as most appointments are verbally done over phone or in person.
Also if we can digitise the process of booking appointments for the clients, managing inventory, billing & payments, and maintaining clientele information and medical history.
