Yolo County Visitors Bureau and UC Davis Conference & Events Services (CES) worked together in a joint project to familiarize potential clients with venues and facilities throughout Yolo County as well as the UC Davis campus.
Logo
To create an identity for the event, I designed a typographic logo incorporating a tweaked version of the current Yolo County Visitors Bureau's logo with a modern sans-serif. The color scheme is inviting and lively, a friendly teal paired with a vibrant red.

As the identity and marketing hub for the event, I wanted the website to be very visual yet simple. Large photographs beautifully showcase possible venues and spaces to potential clients. A scrolling gallery fills the screen on the home and highlights page, allowing users to flip through the best Yolo County has to offer. Splashes of color unify the pages and the simple layout enables users to quickly acclimate to the site.
