Skoda Event in Duhallow - Black Umbrella
This was my first experience of a working machine in filming. I was afforded the opportunity to work with a sport specialising filming company called Black Umbrella. It was a huge step inside the workings of a film production company. Not once did I feel out of place. In fact a found a new gear in myself, took the opportunity with both hands.
I was on the film crew team who filmed a Skoda Cycling Event in Duhallow, Co. Cork. It was my first event with the team, and I was charged with capturing as much footage as I could on the day. When the head of our crew, was driving passed the cyclists, I stuck the lens out the window and captured some footage as we passed. We stopped along the tracks to gather up different types of shots, and a lot of my footage was actually used in the promotional video for SKODA.
