These are three promotional images I illustrated for a game called Tempest Citadel. It's a sci-fi strategy game with cloud cities, bunkers, scavenging, ancient secrets and squad battles on the ground and above the clouds.
A Volgar Barbarian and combat dragon rushing into battle. Barbarians uses gene-altering drugs in combination with mantras and tattoos to enhance themselves with great strength, speed and regeneration. Volgar Shamans (not shown) control the dragons.
The Seraphs stand guard at the monolithic spires in Tempest Citadel. They have mastered most of the ancient storm technologies and use weapons and devices powered directly by the storm. They have manipulated their bodies to create powerful new forms and are further augmented by their advanced armor.
Dark Angels are a vile and ruthless faction They use alien nano-tech to create weapons, exoskeleton armor and mutate themselves into more powerful beings. They also use this technology to infect their enemies and turn them into undead soldiers called Harpies.
