As the Senior Design Manager of the Pacific Northwest and Western Mountain Regions, Suzanne Zahr Fleming successfully led her team of Architects and Interior Designers in the design and execution of several High Profile stores. In collaboration with Senior Leadership, Concepts, Operations, Store Development and Marketing Teams, Suzanne reconciled branding complexities, as it relates to Starbucks Reserve (Exotic, Rare and Exquisite) and the addition of Beer & Wine to select stores. These designs expressed a thread of local relevance, social and environmentally sustainability and upheld the core values of this global, iconic brand.
