Working within the existing Honua Kai Residences branding, we created a distinctive look and feel for the Makai Collection that will be carried through into the 2015 marketing promotion of the 8 luxury residences.

 

The goal of creating this unique identity (best of the best within the resort) is to draw attention to these 8 special homes, explain the benefits of these unique homes, and create a sense of exclusivity that helps to justify the price premium.
