8 illustrations depicting a totemic head in the wilderness. The head remains in place while the the vegetation grows, engulfs and retracts around it. The character here is the wild and the totem head the background. 

I wanted to make a narrative with both elements. The rock face and the bushes. The bushes creating the atmosphere by the way they work around the sculpture. 

This was done as part of the #1projectpermonth challenge that I issued myself. February 2015. It should become a digital album and a series of prints soon.
