The images in this series range from alterations of the negative to alterations of the paper before it was exposed.
Castle Door Series, 2009
4x5 negative was cut and sewn and stapled back together. 5 holes were punched and buttons and string were taped to the top. Coffee grounds and sugar were spread over top with plastic wrap covering the entire negative.

Stone Church Triptych, 2009
4x5 negative was cut up into pieces and placed on strips of packing tape, this was place on the paper to make a contact print. 35mm film sprocket holes were placed in the negative carrier and enlarged around the negative. In the second image, the paper ripped and stapled before exposure and then moved during the exposure. The third image was ripped and sewn together before exposure.

Woven, 2009
Two 4x5 negatives were cut up (one with a steak knife, the other with scissors) and woven together, then enlarged. A second print was made at a different exposure, then it was ripped up and attached to the first print.
