Imagine RIT Poster Submission
This project was a bit different from the normal things I worked on. Sure it was made in Cinema, a program I know all too well and frequently find myself opening, but its different because it was focused around graphic design.
The goal for this project was to create a poster for Imagine RIT, an annual event here at RIT where designers, developers, and creatives alike show off the cool and innovative things they've been working on all year.
My goal with this poster was to create something that was not only approachable and friendly, but also clean, modern, representative of RIT.
For this project my concept was the saying "Shoot for the stars," short, sweet, and to the point; something that inspires people to strive for the best, to try and achieve their highest goals and aspirations.
The main part of this project (the rocket ship scene) was modeled, lit, textured in Cinema 4D. The final render was brought into Photoshop where I composed and did a lot of post render editing to achieve the final product that you see here.
