Casa X will be a residence located on the hills of the the San Juan del Sur peninsula. The architecture is stripped down to its purest form showcasing the concrete’s most natural formworks and the elegance of cedar wood.
The project will use the terrain’s slopefacing San Juan del sur bay. Spaces are distributed transversal to each other. The entrance to this spectacle of architecture is on the second level where the social ambiance is staged, leaving the more private setting in the first level.
Water acts as the protagonist of this residencia, articulating the project with pools and cascades.
