D’art Design created the exhibition ZeitRäumein the Gabor pavilion at the Rosenheim State Garden Show in Germany. Gabor hashad its headquarters in the town on the river Inn since 1966. The exhibitionvisualizes the company’s bonds with the town Rosenheim. The exhibition conceptlinks topics like the Gabor company history, its products as well as theenvironment, culture and world affairs and shows the reciprocal relations. Theexhibition takes its visitors on a journey through time, shapes and design:important milestones of the Gabor company history and the parallel occurringhistoric events in world history are related. A 15 metres wavelike shoe presentationwith more than 200 Gabor originals of all decades constitutes the fashioncontext. For this exhibition Gabor opened its archive for the first time andput its shoe treasures trustingly into the designing hands of D’art Design.
