The Help Dropdown is a place where users can go to find both quick and in depth help. The main focus of the content surfaced is to give a glimpse of the help we provide, and then give a way to dive in if more help is needed. The federated search bar allows users to quickly find a help item. While the Tip callout and suggested help topics provide contextual help based on the current page.
The key to this redesign is putting our help function at the user's fingertips, without being overbearing. You should be able to find what you need, and quickly apply it to your current task.
