CATCH - 22 Jacket Re-Design

I went in several different directions for this project, the first of which is meant to communicate the frustration felt by the main character, Captain Yossarian. I used a maze as a visual symbol for the way Yossarian is always trying to escape, but never can.
For my second direction, I pulled inspiration from paradoxical shapes. I also tried to create a cover which the user had to explore in order to understand. As you explore the book jacket, you learn more of its visual story.
