Krink
Problem: Redesign the packaging for an existing product.
Subject: Krink is a brand name of inks and markers sold by Krink, Inc.
Solution: For this project I decided I wanted to emphasize the aesthetic Krink is most commonly known for: paint drips. Since the original brand identity was so sterile in comparison to the other companies I observed, I made it my primary goal to give them more personality, to give them an identity that not only gives them character, but also makes them stand out from all the rest. To do this, I chose to form a marriage between handwritten type for their logo and handmade paint drips.
