Journey. Passport Project

I started my project with using photography as my dairy for recording my thoughts and observations on film. I used both black and white and color films not really depending on anything just mood of the shoot. Camera was often with me while walking in Prague mostly in between work and school and during some weekend walks or home observations. During the time of this project I visited Cambodia and took some shots there and those pictures made a good contrast between those taken mostly in Prague. In some point
I looked through all pictures and thought to continue further but not with taking new pictures but with mixing all this memories together and creating atmosphere of places I've been. This how series of collages appeared . In one picture I started mixing different parts of the world involved in one particular situation and this situation was created by my impressions and memories mostly mixed up together too.The last thought which came into my mind recently involved combining created images in one solid peace of work. Even though collages by itself are detailed representation of what I wanted to tell about mentioned places and my journey through them ,I still
decided to think about how those images would look together . While my winter travel I noticed how passport is very important tool for traveling and how loosing it would make complications on the way. While couple of years I own my foreign passport I collected quite a few colorful visas from different countries such as India, Serbia, Cambodia, USA,Thailand and form time to time I enjoy looking through them and recalling some memories. So I decided to make a copy of my passport and those visas I have and use it as passport of my imagination which allowed me to make collages, stick some tickets and notes and wright into it. While you flipping the pages you are looking through images of my imagination binned into official document.
