Colorizing a Black and White Photo

First, I opened the file of the black and white photo. I used the quick selection tool to select the select the flower petals. I went back in with a smaller tool to be sure that all the edges were precise. Also, we used the “refine edge” tool and changed the radius to 5 and the smooth to 3. The filter tool at the bottom is used to colorize the selected area. After clicking on “solid color” and choosing a color, we went to the “overlay” drop down option. Repeat these steps of selection and colorizing for the stem and leaf part. Once I was finished, I saved it as a PSD, then saved it as a JPEG.
