Immersive Storytelling is a manner of creating an experience that makes the viewer lose itself in a new world.

Inspired from the idea of Swarm Intelligence and Digital Clay we decided on creating an immersive experince. The whatsis are a secluded colony of digital creatures born out of softwares and which never got squashed. These friendly beings invite you to enter and explore their world. The whole concept revolves around people interacting with these virtual characters. These characters are to react to your gestures. This was a prototype build for the aplication.

Here is the link to the code written :
We achieved the interaction using a Kinect that would recognize your motion through sensors and based on your motion (gesture) you would recieve a reaction from the character.
The Characters have their own personality and react to your actions differently.
Meet Bokozi
The target places which it can be succesfully launched at is airports, stations, metros etc where people have to spend time waiting. Also because children relate highly to cartoons, it can be a very effective way of reaching out to kids having autism or likewise diseases. Whatsis can also be modified accordingly especially when a new product ahs to be launched in the market because the characters besides providing for an immersive experience, immediately establish a connection with the user also.
