Ala is a ligth weigth chair of formed plywood. The concept derived by the intention to create an extremelly light and durable object, without having to resort to other materials besides wood, the most sustainable and aesthetically attractive design tool.
Its hollow boxed structure comes from some shapes of laminated wood, that are supported by other curved plywood parts.
