A poster and tickets a Wallace & Gromit Film Festival. I designed in a pastiche of Modernist poster work by keeping the visual language simple and easy for the audience to understand. I abstracted the shapes of the heads of the two main characters using clay to reference the films' stop-motion production. I contrasted the muted color scheme and soft forms with bold, dark, clear typography that also charges the ample negative space. I included subtle references to the plots of the movies within the relationships between the clay and the vector lines on the tickets.
