    The content of this book has been carefully chosen to illustrate work carried out for my master’s project and in regards with the presentation of a more immediate visual outcome. My primary aim was to dissociate my photographic projects from the photomontage ones in order to juxtapose different aspects of my practices. My introspective methods and an esoteric dialogue have been integral parts of my practices and, as such, form a primary source of the process of producing tacit knowledge. Since being a self-taught practitioner my knowledge is rather ‘a posteriori’, dependent on experience and empirical knowledge and acquired by experimentation and observation. Following on my engagement with photography and using it as a material to create, I experimented mainly on the medium of digital photomontage focusing on incorporating disparate elements into a seemingly organic whole. Influences and impacts from the dark art style reinforced my ‘learning by doing approach’ and my belief that the best way to learn about design is through the act of designing. Read Less
