Richard I. Hart is a local insurance agency that wanted to produce an informational video about healthcare insurance. Even though the topic was a serious one, the client wanted to give it a lighthearted treatment and hometown flavor.  To do the latter, the client wanted to include an image of their office building in the video.  But weeks of inclement winter weather made it hard to capture a flattering image of the office.  The solution:  a whimsical graphic representation that preserved the familiar look of the office.
