Dreaming Incoherency

The years, they creep up on me
Silently
Without barely a blink or a glance
We lose ourselves in the little things
We shed skin in the ordinary seconds of life

Dry days
Caught within my raspy throat
Midweek but it feels I am
Dwindling
Out of control in a blurry mess
Of ordinary, mediocre minutes
Of life

How do we ever learn
To truly live off our beds and out of our heads?

To realise our dreams is to wake up and chase them.
