DFE Pharma is a world market leader in the production and supply of excipients – ingredients used to produce pharmaceuticals. As part of our repositioning strategy, a new corporate identity has been developed. The result: a stunning facelift for this outstanding pharmaceutical brand!
 
Based on an analysis of the market and brand identity it was immediately clear that we wanted to generate an exclusive and leading position for this brand. The pharmaceutical market is currently dominated by sterile and impersonal communication techniques saturated with images of laboratories, tablets and doctors. Product-oriented communication such as this, however, would never suit DFE Pharma, which leads customers along the often difficult path of developing new drugs. DFE Pharma is a global leader not only due to its excellent know-how and facilities, but largely as a result of its leadership mentality – a state of mind in which nothing is impossible and unprecedented possibilities are constantly being explored. Thus, the brand statement: The pursuit of excipient excellence.
 
In all corporate means this mentality or experience-based positioning has been translated into a unique visual identity: a gentleman dressed in a perfectly tailored white suit who personifies DFE Pharma as a leader. From the personal perspective of this leader, the story of the pursuit – wholly expressed in an experience-based language – is told. As a result, the corporate story of DFE Pharma almost reads as an adventure, as if the (prospective) customer is experiencing the pursuit of excipient excellence in the here and now.
