DEFY 2015 Collection

The range of products offered by DEFY continues to grow and the latest 2015 collection features some completely new designs.

I recently returned to the DEFY MFG.Co. workshop (located in the Ravenswood area of Chicago) to shoot some their awesome new bags, most of which will launch over the next couple of months.

The creative direction called for Teddy VerBockel—whose enviable job title is "Worlds Greatest Intern"—to model the bag that bears his name astride DEFY founder Chris Tag's vintage Velocette motorcycle.

The shoot took place on location in the alley directly behind the workshop; amongst the bewildering collection of antiques and knick-knacks in the Architectural Artifacts building a few blocks away; and in Thompson Hotel in downtown Chicago
